PawnIQ is a chess learning app. The free tier includes several full courses; PawnIQ Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks all courses, unlimited hearts, and unlimited takebacks.
Premium is billed monthly or annually through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. If something went wrong with a charge, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Keep your login to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. We may close accounts that abuse the service (exploits, automated access, harassment of leaderboard features when they launch).
Gems, hearts, streaks, ranks, and similar in-app items have no real-world monetary value, aren't transferable, and may be adjusted as we balance the game.
Lessons and app content belong to PawnIQ; personal, non-commercial use only. Chess itself belongs to everyone.
We work hard on accuracy — every lesson line is engine-checked — but the service is provided "as is," and we can't promise it will make you a grandmaster or be available 100% of the time.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
